Chicken Parmesan Strips

A quick, easy and tasty recepie that anyone can try out! Simply Delicious!







Chicken cut into strips

Chicken cut into strips

1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, roughly chopped

½ cup chopped fresh herbs (parsley, chives, basil, mint),

1½ cups fresh breadcrumbs

2 cups Parmesan Cheese

4 skinless chicken breast fillets, cut into thick strips

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1. Blend sun-dried tomatoes and herbs in a food processor until finely chopped. Add breadcrumbs and parmesan and pulse until just combined.

2. Press breadcrumb mixture over chicken strips and place on a baking paper lined tray.

3. Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes. Turn and bake a further 5 minutes or until cooked through.

4. Serve with Barbeque sauce
