INGREDIENTS:-
Milk powder – 250 gms.
Egg white – 5 tbsps
Milk – 2 cups
Sugar – 3 tpsps
Condensed milk – ½ cup
METHOD:-
In a bowl, mix milk powder and egg white. Roll them into small balls and keep them aside. Boil milk in a pan and add sugar and condensed milk. Sir it and let it cool. After cooling, add the alls one by one. Garnish with some almonds and pistacchios. Your RASMALAI is ready.
