[box_dark]Ingredients[/box_dark]
Olive oil
500 grams Paneer [Same amount of Chicken can be used]
1 red chilli, deseeded and finely diced
1 garlic clove, finely sliced
3 spring onions, finely sliced
3 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
4 tbsp All-In-One sauce
100 grams Bean Sprouts
Cornflour (for coating paneer/chicken)

1. Heat oil in a wok over a high heat.
2. Cut the paneer into bite size pieces, coat in cornflour and shallow-fry till golden-brown.
3. Deseed and finely slice the red chilli, finely slice the garlic and spring onions.
5. Add the chilli, garlic and onions to the wok with the paneer and cook a further minute.
6. Add the soy sauces and All-In-One Sauce, toss to coat.
7. Add the sprouts and toss a further minute.
8. Arrange the stir-fry on a plate and serve immediately.
