Everyone today wants to look slim and trim or have a classy body.The main question doing rounds these days is what really goes into maintaining one’s figure? Is it right to starve yourself? Or go ‘on’ and ‘off’ diets? Should you go an exercising spree? Or should you be thinking about the various slimming products in the market?
Mainly one has to discipline oneself into eating right and having an exercise schedule. You cannot just go on and off these schedules. Maybe a day or two is fine once in a while. But don’t you think giving into your whims of eating at fast food joints as frequently as 3-4 times a week may act upon your so called trim and perfect figure look? The lack of calcium, vitamins and minerals will weaken your bones and muscles, and for that matter, your immune system. The overload of colas and drinks actually ‘corrodes’ the bones. Imagine that by the time you are 30-35, and as young as that, you might start with aches, pains, and osteoporosis, diabetes and so on… And what about the French fries and burgers loaded with fats and mayonnaise? They won’t do any good! There are increased incidences of diabetes, heart diseases in the younger age groups now-a-days. Just imagine being on pills and medication by the time you turn 30! Is that how you want to live your life?
